AFTER the successful soft opening last year, Isuzu Gencars Santa Rosa has officially opened its doors to the motoring public in its bid to expand and saturate its market presence in the Southern Tagalog region.
The new dealership, which is part of Gencars Inc., a conglomerate of ALC Group of Companies that is engaged in various business activities such as automotive, insurance protection, media, pre-need assurance, banking and finance, security, hotels and real estate, is the latest and seventh dealership of Gencars Inc. that covers and caters to the province of Laguna and nearby areas. Located along the highway of Tagaytay Road in Barangay Pulong Santa Cruz in Santa Rosa City, Isuzu Gencars Sta. Rosa has a total showroom area of 539 square meter, which can accommodate a total of 10 units display, including Isuzu’s biggest trucks.
Aside from vehicle sales, the Japanese car brand focuses on providing the best customer experience, as the showroom houses a complete customer-centric approach. The entertainment system, comfort rooms (with PWD assistance) and customer lounge add leisure and comfort to the shopping experience of customers and potential buyers. The façade offers a huge space to walk-in customers, with perfect interior trims that exude a high-quality ambiance.
To officially open the new dealership, a Mass was held by Fr. Rey Adalid and Fr. Jojo Buenafe, followed by the ribbon cutting and blessing of showroom and service bay area. The event also became the venue for Gencars’ annual Christmas party.
Leading the ceremonial grand opening of Isuzu Gencars Santa Rosa were Isuzu Philippines Corp. President Hajime Koso, Isuzu Gencars Inc. President and CEO D. Edgard A. Cabangon, local government officials from Laguna, and select members of the motoring media.
In his welcome remarks, Koso said that this year is indeed a milestone year for Isuzu Philippines and Gencars Inc., as both are having a momentous year worth celebrating.
“We are grateful for and honor our partnership with Gencars Inc. Their solid chains of dealership are vital to the growth of Isuzu brand in the country. Their company [Gencars Inc.] has been with us for a long time carrying the brand essence of what Isuzu is—quality products, foundation of partnership and trust to customers,” Koso said.
The new Isuzu dealership in Santa Rosa will provide a strong alliance for car buyers and entrepreneurs in the growing Southern Luzon. From their top-selling vehicles, such as such as mu-X and D-MAX and trucks line-up, the company vows to deliver quality products and exceptional aftersales service and parts to its market.
“We are confident that Isuzu Gencars Sta. Rosa will dominate and deliver its commitment in the South. Moving forward, customers will also benefit the efficiency of our newly Blue Power engine,” Koso explained.
Launched this year, Isuzu unveiled “Blue Power,” which is the latest eco-friendly diesel technology developed by Isuzu that provides maximum engine output, low emission, fuel economy and durability to Isuzu vehicles. This Blue Power technology is found in their mu-X, D-MAX, N-Series, F-Series and C&E Series trucks.
