A DIFFERENT adventure awaits running enthusiasts in the SyncRUNize set at the ARCA South in Taguig City on September 19.
The SyncRUNize is not a regular 5-kilometer run, as it challenges both the body and mind of a runner through obstacles and mental drills.
“SyncRUNize is the kind of event that embodies the principle behind ARCA South as a City of Sync,” ARCA South Project Development Manager Stephen Comia told the press launch of the event on Thursday at the Mind Museum in Bonifacio Global City.
“The development is envisioned to be the newest CBD in Taguig, where all the elements that make a city are present and in sync. In addition, the efficient management of the road network, traffic, communications, environment, security and other systems in ARCA South are primary,” Comia added.
The participants need to download the SyncRUNize mobile app available on Google Play and iOS. The app will direct the participants from one checkpoint to another, where they will have to accomplish physical and mental challenges before they can get to the next challenge.
Racers can compete in this event by a group of four members or as an individual. Registration is available at www.arcasouth.ph or at Chris Sports branches nationwide until September 18.
Individual registration is peg at P1,100 while for group registration, it will be P990 per member. Each participant will get a race kit with a SyncRUNize singlet, race bib, cell-phone splash-proof pouch and exciting prizes from sponsors.
A total of P90,000 cash prizes are at stake to the winners in the group and individual categories.
