INSULAR Life, the first and largest Filipino life-insurance company, has begun offering affordable and complete life protection plans via Lazada, Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platform.

“It’s about making sure you have life-insurance protection from natural and accidental death, as well as funds to cover emergencies such as hospital expenses, so you can free your family from financial burden if something untoward happens,” she added.
With Lazada Philippines as an alternative distribution channel, Insular Life allows more unbanked Filipinos to “take charge #InLife” through its easy-to-avail and easy-on-the-pocket insurance products.
Lazada Philippines’s platform also gives users more payment methods.
For as low as P400, Lazada Philippines’s members can enjoy complete life protection for one year through any of four available InLife Protect plans.
InLife Premium Protect and InLife Premium Protect Plus provide benefits upon death due to natural or accidental causes, as well as a daily allowance for hospitalization due to injury
or sickness.
InLife Protect and InLife Protect Plus, meanwhile, provide benefits upon death due to natural or accidental causes, daily allowance for hospitalization due to injury, as well as disability benefits.
The InLife Protect plans are offered exclusively to eligible Lazada members who reside in the Philippines, between 18 and 64 years old, and in good health at point of application.
Similar to all other Lazada transactions, one-time premium payments may be made via credit card, debit card or Lazada e-Wallet.
