Art Fair Philippines is on its last day on Feb. 18. Soak up the creative atmosphere as the longest-running gathering of artists and gallery owners return at The Link in Ayala Center, Makati City.
This year’s three-day event is a discovery of rising artists, emerging art genres, engaging conversations, and the rare chance to view the works of the country’s art masters in a single venue.
For instance, eminent glass sculptor Ramon Orlina’s latest collection, “Sinuous Architecture, Eloquent Forms,” is showcased at the Art Cube space.
Curated by Carlomar Arcangel Daoana, the exhibit is also a celebration of Orlina’s 80th birthday.
The sculptures, with their gem-like brilliance, are an enthalling irony of fluid-shaped abstract renditions of nature and the human figure crafted on solid glass.
Bank of the Philippine Islands, a long-time supporter of Art Fair Philippines, is providing complimentary access to Art Fair Philippines to BPI cardholders of Signature, Platinum Rewards, Amore Platinum Cashback, and Gold Rewards cards.
BPI Preferred Clients, including those signed up with the BPI Gold premium wealth management program, get free access to the event.
The BPI Gold lounge is at Level 4 of the venue. Multi-awarded botanical artist Emmanuel “Dindon” Cordova’s special setting is inspired by nature and includes elegant furniture pieces by Eric Paras. A complimentary drink courtesy of Proudly Promdi awaits cardholders.
BPI Preferred and BPI Gold clients will also receive an audible guide for the ArtFairPH/Projects section upon registration.
