FANS down south are in for a treat with slam-bang games next month in the Manila Bankers Life-Pilipinas Super League Pro Division Second Conference Dumper Cup.
Defending champion Davao Occidental-Cocolife will host rival San Juan on February 9 at the Davao City Recreation Center in Davao City.
The Pampanga G Lanterns will also square off with Koponang Lakan ng Bulacan in the curtain-raiser in the two-day road event.
Bulacan will face Pampanga Royce Hotel on February 10 before the Tigers take on the G Lanterns to cap the league’s first out-of-town tiffs.
PSL President Rocky Chan vowed to bring games closer to fans in the country.
“Expect an exciting and explosive action for all the teams that will be playing,” Chan said. “We are bringing top caliber teams go Mindanao especially in Davao City.”
Chan also thanked the owners of the PSL for their all-out and support to the league.
“Our gratitude goes to the Bautista family led by Congressman Claude Bautista of Davao Occidental, Congresswoman Claudine Bautista-Lim of Dumper party-list, and our CEO, Mayor Dinko Bautista of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental,” he said.
