SEVEN-FOOT Greg Slaughter is back in Manila.
The former Barangay Ginebra San Miguel center, who remains unsigned by the Gin Kings after they won the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Governors’ Cup last January, has been staying in Mandaluyong City since last week upon his arrival from the United States.
The BusinessMirror confirmed from the 32-year-old Slaughter himself that he is back in town, but refused to be interviewed at the moment.
After leaving Manila for the US before the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Slaughter signed up last July with world renowned basketball agency BeoBasket, an outfit that represents several elite athletes including the Denver Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic.
