However, some experts claim that organic foods are better than any produce that was farmed using chemicals.

The British Journal of Nutrition has published a result of a research conducted by a group of scientists who compared and studied organic versus non-organic meat. In the findings, according to the journal, organic meat and dairy products have higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids as against to conventional meat. The scientists found out that that organic milk products have on average 56 percent more omega-3’s and organic meats carry about 47 percent more.
An article published by the bewellbuzz.com, said that a similar study that was also published in the British Journal of Nutrition, says, “After reviewing 343 studies on ‘the compositional differences between organic and conventional crops,’ the team of 18 found that switching to organic fruit, vegetables, and cereal would provide additional antioxidants equivalent to eating between one to two extra portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
Several studies also show that pesticide exposure may interfere with children’s natural growth—including their brain development. When one hears pesticide, the first thing you usually think about is the chemicals that are sprayed on crops. The National Research Council of the United States reported that the primary form of exposure to pesticides in children is through dietary intake.
