Oracle NetSuite pioneer partners in Asean merge to serve PHL, neighbors in region

INFORMATION-technolog y firm IT Group Inc. (ITG) and consultancy company PGE Solutions Pte. Ltd. (PGE) announced over the weekend the merger of their operations to cater to various verticals across Southeast Asian territories, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam.

The combined ITG-PGE team will provide more customers with a wide portfolio of solutions for wholesale distribution, retail, services, software and manufacturing industries.

According to PGE CEO VJ Africa, technology solution providers in the region are faced with a challenging paradox: Clients want more with less resources. “They expect more comprehensive and intelligent tools, yet they demand simplicity, ease of use and price-friendly solutions,” he said.

The consolidation of two Oracle NetSuite pioneer partners in the region is seen to provide business clients with regional advisory, consulting, implementation, integration and quality support services.

“With this merger, we will be in a better position to provide technology solutions for a wider range of business sizes from a growing small business to the fast-evolving enterprise customers,” Africa said.

For ITG President and CEO Cris Gamboa, they are doing this for their enterprise-clients “to offer industry leading solutions and consulting services, working alongside each other, passionately striving to achieve customer satisfaction.”

He expects their unification will position both ITG and PGE as top regional partners, offering clients a more comprehensive set of solutions and services.

ITG is a solutions provider in the Philippines and Indonesia that has been an Oracle NetSuite partner since 2010.  It offers Interconnected IT solutions that enable the digital transformation initiatives of its clients across industries in Southeast Asia.

PGE is a provider of client consulting and implementation services and has been a NetSuite partner in the Philippines and Singapore since 2008.

With focus on Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relations Management, its innovative solutions include QuickStart, a tested methodology built on best practices and designed to deliver benefits in 40 days.
