IN its aggressive effort to reach out to more Filipinos who dream of having their own homes, emerging Filipino property developer and contractor New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI) turns the volume up and steps up to the intense beat of its strengthened full-force marketing campaign.
During the company’s sales rally held last September 29 at the Megatent in Libis, Quezon City, NSJBI reported its stepped-up marketing campaign it has implemented to widen the company’s reach and give more Filipinos reasons to say “yes!” to an affordable, accessible, quality, comfortable, secure, and active lifestyle.
NSJBI has reinforced a more solidified strategy, including maximizing the internet through its website and social media pages; increased television and print advertisements; billboards in NLEX, SLEX, and other high-traffic areas; and on-ground activities, among many others.
It has also set a series of relaunch of its developments, including Victoria Sports Station in Quezon City; Fort Victoria in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig; Victoria de Makati near Ayala Avenue, Makati; and Victoria de Morato in Quezon City.
NSJBI reported an improving sales number following the company’s stepped-up campaign. “We have gone very far from where we had begun. We broke records, reached targets, and even leveled up with all our efforts,” said NSJBI.
Awards of recognition were also given to outstanding sellers, property specialists, directors, and managers during the sales rally to distinguish those with exemplary performance. Officers mentioned the heart and dedication of its sales and marketing forces as the reasons beyond the company’s success.
The “heart” to serve
BEING a Filipino-owned company, NSJBI said it has always been driven by its heart to understand the needs and wants of Filipinos, their struggles and determination to fulfill their dreams, and their satisfaction and pride when they reach their goals.
Indeed, what better ways are there to understand this than to hear it from the homeowners who are now living their dreams through NSJBI?
NSJBI takes pride in the testaments and stories of different people from all walks of life—overseas-Filipino workers, businessmen, ordinary employees , and young families, among others—who are now reaping the promise they initially said yes to when they acquired a property from the company.
“In our campaign to touch the heart of the Filipinos, to assure them that their hardwork and patience will be all worth it, our company offers five brand propositions: quality, accessibility, security, comfort and affordability,” said NSJBI.
As the NSJBI is a triple-A construction company that has its own network of builders and construction professionals, unit-owners are assured of quality and comfortable homes with high ceiling for better ventilation, bi level for spaciousness, more windows for more natural light and better air circulation, and integration of malls and amenities to provide access to all their daily needs. They can also rest assured of a 24/7 security to guard all their hard-earned possessions.
“Given we have two very active kids, it helps that there are amenities to keep them busy while I get on with my home-based job,” shared a unit-owner, who is also a mother of two.
“NSJBI’s affordable and accessible financing packages also greatly helped us to own the home we have always dreamed of,” she continued. “Even if we are still saving up for our kids’ future, NSJBI made it easier for us to buy our own home.”
These affordable packages allow the accommodation of different types of budgets, as flexible and competitive financing are available through in-house and bank financing.
Moreover, as NSJBI believes in the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, it has pioneered the concept of an indoor sports complex, which has a dedicated space of up to four floors. The sports complex has an impressive wide array of facilities, including indoor basketball, volleyball, badminton, squash, and tennis courts; up to 50-meter lap pools; rock-climbing and rappelling facilities; and fully-functional gyms and fitness centers, among many others that sports and fitness buffs are sure to enjoy.
“I thought it was already impossible for me to maintain my going to the gym, but NSJBI made it all possible, plus with more convenience and more facilities than usual gyms offer,” said a yuppie unit-owner.
“I also have no problem getting to and home from work as all transportation means are very accessible, such as the MRT, bus, and jeepney terminals,” he added.
NSJBI said all these comforts the company offers its unit owners are conceptualized mainly through one thing: heart.
“Puso. Like what Team Gilas always shouts, this is also what we always claim,” said NSJBI. “The heart to help those in need, the heart to help Filipinos achieve their dreams, and the heart for every Filipino who are striving and working hard to have a comfortable home and life.”
Since its inception in 1986, the rising Filipino property developer and contractor has always strived to give the Filipinos more reasons to have a sense of pride by building homes that they can call their own.
Today, NSJBI’s residential properties can be found all over key centers of Metro Manila: Victoria Towers at the crossroads of Panay Avenue and Timog Avenue in Quezon City; Victoria TowerD, Victoria Station1, and Victoria Station 2 linked to the MRT on Edsa and Timog Avenue in Quezon City; Victoria de Manila 1 and Victoria de Manila 2 right in the center of Taft Avenue in Manila; Victoria de Makati near Ayala Avenue in Makati; Victoria de Morato in Quezon City; Fort Victoria in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig; and Isabelle de Valenzuela.
NSJBI also takes pride in being part of one of the country’s most momentous land development projects, the recently-inaugurated earthquake-and super typhoon-proof Philippine Arena, which has a 50,000-seating capacity in a 74,000-square-meter area.
It is also the contractor and developer of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar—a premiere historical tourism destination in Bagac, Bataan.

I hate to be spreading hate but this company New San Jose Builders has been a huge nightmare to a lot of people who were tricked into believing that they do “build every Filipino’s dream home.” I am only one of the people who have been coming after this company for a refund of my honest- and hard-earned money. They don’t even have a proper avenue for customers like me to reach them, hence this hate message.
This company sucks. They don’t deliever what they promise. They misrepresented their project to their customers so that they can allure them. They even get money by maceda law and gives back only less than 50% of what your hard earned money you’ve given to them. I am now in process of full refund which i demand because of PD 957. I hope this company’s real image be revealed not not such like this paid article.
