Philippine Seven Corp. (PSC) expands to Bohol with the opening of its very first 7-Eleven store in the island located at the Arcom Center in Poblacion, Panglao.
With the ongoing expansion of PSC in the Visayan regions, Bohol is the fourth major island where 7-Eleven will open its doors. PSC started its expansion outside Luzon, in 2012 in Cebu, 2013 in Bacolod, 2014 in Iloilo and 2015 in Boracay.
PSC targets to open seven more stores in Bohol by the end of the year, is looking at a total of 30 stores in the next three years.
āItās definitely the right time for us to bring 7-Eleven to Bohol, as itās brimming with potential, evident in the increase of tourist arrivals and the overall developments happening in the island,ā Jose Victor Paterno, president and CEO of PSC said.
Within Bohol, PSC will concentrate on opening stores in Tagbiliran, Tubigon and Calape for this year, and more provinces in Eastern Visayas next year.
Now at 268 stores in, PSC hopes to close the year with 300 stores in the Visayas by making the most out of the first-mover advantage in Central and Western Visayas.

Rod Padlan (PSC VRBU design and const. section manager), Joe Marie Duron (CDI Visayas regional manager), Andrew Bravo (PSC VRBU BDD section manager), andĀ Anecita Arcay (Arcom Center lessor).
7-Eleven continues to increase in number especially in the Visayas region, not to mention their dominant presence in Luzon and strong emergence in Mindanao.Ā With PSCās aggressive expansion across the country, PSC continues to bring the 7-Eleven brand of modern convenience to more communities around the Philippines.
