The health-care plan, dubbed “TMC Partner Care,” is a project initiated by Maxicare, with TMC as its exclusive partner health institution. It marks a first exclusive partnership between a hospital and a health-maintenance organization. This full-risk, clinic-based healthcare plan covers both outpatient and inpatient services. It carries an Annual Benefit Limit of P100,000 where preexisting conditions, or illnesses/ injuries that a member experiences even before the commencement of his HMO plan, are covered.

TMC Clinics and Maxicare PCCs are equipped with modern facilities and manned by skilled medical personnel capable of addressing a patient’s needs the same way a hospital can but, definitely, at lower costs. As for needed diagnostic, laboratory procedures or inpatient care in a TMC hospital, members simply need to get a referral from a TMC Clinic or Maxicare PCC physician prior to availing of the procedure.
Another unique feature of the TMC Partner Care plan is the 24/7 TeleConsult Service, an unlimited, all day, all-week consultation service where members can talk to an actual physician for any medical advice needed. Membership to the TMC Partner Care is categorized in to three types: Individual, Family (minimum of two enrolees that include one Principal and one Dependent) and Business (minimum of five Principal enrolees). Moreover, it comes with a card as proof of membership. The membership card contains a three-pronged security feature that includes a highly secure EMV chip, magnetic stripe and signature strip. Thus, worry-free transactions and full identity protection is guaranteed.
Application forms are available at the Customer Relations Department, Relationship Management and Business Development office, and TMC Maxicare office, all in TMC Main in Pasig City. To avail yourselfof the TMC Partner Care card, simply submit the application form together with a copy of your birth certificate, a valid government-issued ID card and marriage certificate for Family accounts. For Business accounts, an authorization letter should be provided to the TMC Sales Representative.
