A CONGRESSMAN whose brother disappeared during the imposition of martial law on Monday formally filed a motion for reconsideration before the Supreme Court (SC) on behalf of desaparecidos and other human-rights violation victims during the Marcos administration, seeking the reversal of its decision allowing the burial of strongman Ferdinand E. Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB).
AFTER three decades, the issue on the burial of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani has finally reached the Supreme Court (SC) to determine the legality of the said act.
FORMER President Marcos’s tomb at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) is already more than 50-percent complete, although his family has yet to come up with the date of the interment, the Army said on Tuesday.
