Senators wary of supporting death-penalty bill–legislator
THE senior deputy minority leader of the House of Representatives on Sunday said fear of losing potential support from the Roman Catholic Church in elections would influence, in a big way, a greater number of senators to eventually vote against the return of the death penalty.
