PROPERTY developer Megaworld Corp. said it is adding another wing to Saint Dominique, its seventh residential tower in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park in Iloilo City.
The 10-story Saint Dominique South Wing offers an additional 152 residential units ranging from studio of up to 35 square meters (sq m); one-bedroom of up to 50 sq m; two-bedroom of up to 79 sq m; and loft units of up to 38.5 sq m.
Selected studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have their own balconies, overlooking the township’s booming landscape, it said.
“The interest on Iloilo Business Park has built up to a level we did not expect. Since the launch of the two hotels, the Festive Walk Mall and Festive Walk Parade, more people want to live in the township,” said Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for sales and marketing, Iloilo Business Park.
Total residential units in Iloilo Business Park alone have already reached 1,819 with an aggregate take-up of around 90 percent to date.
The building retained the classic architectural design patterned after those in the famous streets of Paris.
The new wing will still have a landscaped atrium, and it will share amenities with the North Wing, which include the swimming pool and kiddie pool, pool lounge, jacuzzi, fitness center, event halls, game room, day care center, children’s playground and an indoor spa.
“Our residential pipeline is always demand-driven. If there will be more people looking for residential properties in the township, then we will continue to offer more residential properties,” Palmares-Fong said.
