ISUZU Gencars Inc. further expanded its presence in the Southern Luzon area by recently opening its dealership in Santa Rosa, Laguna. Just last year the company inaugurated its branch in Batangas City along the capital’s “Automotive Row”. Now, with a network of seven dealerships, the company reinforces its goal to cater to the growing market in the Southern Tagalog region.
Along with the San Pablo outlet, Isuzu Gencars Santa Rosa is now the second dealership in the province of Laguna. As one of the esteemed guests, Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) President Hajime Koso expressed his gratitude and confidence. “I am positive that this new facility will come a long way in expanding our sales and after-sales coverage in the province of Laguna. On behalf of the officers and staff of IPC, I extend to the people of Gencars and its team our warmest congratulations for yet another Isuzu outlet. We wish you more sales, better after-sales service and higher CSR [customer-satisfaction rating],” he said.
Likewise, the occasion was graced by none other than Isuzu Gencars Inc. President and CEO D. Edgard A. Cabangon, who revealed that another forthcoming event is underway. “Usually, our group [referring to Isuzu Gencars], we don’t do soft launching. Only now because…you know why? Now is the 20th anniversary of IPC. But, definitely, around the second week of December, we will have the grand opening of Isuzu Santa Rosa,” he said. Coinciding with IPC’s 20th anniversary, top Japanese executives of Isuzu Motors Ltd., Isuzu Motors International Operations (Thailand) and Mitsubishi Corp. Japan who visited the country to join the company’s big celebration, were also present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Cabangon also took time to express his appreciation to all the guests. “Again, we will not be here if not for your full support, and that is why we are so grateful. Rest assured, we’ll always be here along with our commitment and dedication for one common goal—for the good of the Isuzu Philippines family,” he said. “Last, I have to say that it was our late dad, Ambassador Antonio Cabangon Chua, who started this all. If not for him, we won’t be here. I’m sure that he’s very happy. He’s guiding and helping us, and I’m sure that he would also like to say thank you to all of you for believing in Gencars family,” Cabangon concluded.
Situated along the Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road, the newest dealership offers an expansive facade, which could park more than 20 vehicles. The front all-glass panels provide a clear view of Isuzu vehicles on display from the exterior all the way to interior, which also attracts natural light. Boasting a total floor area of 539 square meters, the main showroom that has a high ceiling can already lodge 10 vehicles, including a truck. Not only that it is designed to be spacious and presentable, the showroom area also provides a conducive ambiance thanks to the ample space for reception. In fact, there’s also an enclosed area for waiting guests furnished with comfy sofas and entertainment system. Moreover, there is more space toward the rear, service area and, not to mention, the mezzanine for the employees.
The newly opened Santa Rosa outlet joins the six other Isuzu Gencars network of dealerships in offering the entire Isuzu lineup of proven and reliable consumer vehicles together with the light, medium and heavy-duty trucks, as well as buses for business and transporting needs.
