Sandari Batulao, a mountainside community being developed by Citystate Properties and Management Corp., partners with Isuzu Gencars Inc. in holding the Isuzu #FamBam Fuel Eco Run on October 8.
On the same day, Sandari Batulao hosts Sumo Soccer, also known as bubble football, featuring players encased in an inflated plastic balls, as it holds an open house at its site on Km. 77, Barangay Kaylaway, Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas. A total of 15 Isuzu vehicles and 75 individuals will be participating in the FamBam Fuel Eco Run involving the mu-X, D-Max and Crosswind vehicle categories.
The Fuel Economy Run, an annual project of Isuzu Philippines Corp. with its dealers, aims to promote safety and fuel-efficient driving among Isuzu car owners, as well as to give them an exciting and fun activity that they can enjoy with the whole family.
The 79-km route will start at 7 a.m. at Isuzu Gencars Makati located at the corner of Chino Roces Avenue and Dela Rosa Street, Makati City, and will end at picturesque Sandari Batulao on the slopes of mounts Batulao and Talamitam.
Each team will be made up of five immediate family members, including the driver and one navigator. At the end of the race, the team with the most economical fuel use is named champion and will get P10,000 in cash. The teams in second and third places will get P5,000 and P3,000, respectively. Other games and exciting prizes also await the participants during the whole-day activity.
The Sumo Soccer event is expected to draw the participation of those who will be attending the Sandari Batulao open house, members of the driving teams who will join the FamBam Fuel Eco Run sports and sports enthusiasts in the community.
