ACTOR Enzo Pineda believes millennials are generally risk-takers because they want to experience a certain situation that will test their mettle and character when the time comes.
“As millennials, we have to take that risk to know how it feels to put ourselves in a certain situation. I think millennials want to try walking a tightrope. It is not only for personal achievement but also to be help people and innovate toward the benefit of society,” Pineda said during the announcement of his endorsement of the Allegra’s Kitchen restaurant.
Millennials always want to think out of the box, according to the 26-year-old. As energetic individuals, Pineda said people like him are always looking for solutions to prevailing problems, sometimes in unconventional methods.
On the issue of entitlement, Pineda said millennials like him only want to assert their uniqueness. Pineda relishes the experience of being the endorser of the restaurant owned and operated by Allegra’s Resource Food System (Arfs) Corp. He said it was his childhood dream to promote a food brand.
ARFS said they tapped Pineda to attract the millennials market. The management believes people like Pineda have a following among the youth.
“I love food, and I am very honored to be chosen as the ambassador of Allegra’s Kitchen,” Pineda said. “Besides tasting its delicious food, knowing the history of Allegra’s Kitchen and meeting the people behind its success were some of the best moments for me. I’m proud to be part of a family that focuses in providing good food and good service to its customers.”
Daiby Anne Bonifacio, Arfs marketing group head, explained they got the lanky Pineda as endorser because of his positive and youthful image. “His career is just taking off, and we can see how he works hard to keep his momentum and reach greater heights. We can easily identify with that,” Bonifacio said. “Allegra’s is still new in the industry, but we are about to expand our operations in other provinces and, very soon, in Metro Manila. These are exciting times for us.”
“In the same manner, we are excited about Enzo’s TV show and his new project, as he is our new endorser,” she added. Bonifacio said the Arfs aims to be a major player in the casual-dining segment of the industry.
The Arfs pioneer restaurant was founded on September 8, 2015, in the Lifestyle Strip of Santo Tomas, Batangas, by Gerry Malvar Castillo, an anesthesiologist at the Makati Medical Center and a direct descendant of the revolutionary General Miguel Malvar. Backed by the enthusiastic patronage of its food offerings, Allegra’s Kitchen quickly grew to branches in Lipa City, Batangas City, Santa Rosa and San Pablo City, both in Laguna, in less than a couple of years.
