CONCEPCION Industrial Corp., the maker of refrigerators and air-conditioning units, has rebranded its commercial business segment as Alstra.
Alstra highlights the value brought by its end-to-end solutions using world class brands, such as Carrier, Condura, Otis and Toshiba, it said.
“Our commercial business has embarked on an organizational transformation to make sustainability and efficiency a priority across businesses, giving birth to Alstra. We believe that the building industry needs to be agile and innovative to be able to deliver efficient buildings and to support and complement a smart and sustainable real-estate sector for the Philippines,” Alstra group director Rajan Komarasu said.
The company also launched “EvoSolution”, a forum on building innovations and best practices for industry experts like developers, engineers and project managers. “EvoSolution strengthens our commitment to a more efficient and sustainable building-system cycle to power the Philippines by sharing our advocacy and expertise with industry decision makers,” Komarasu added.
Company CEO and Chairman Raul Joseph A. Concepcion said the company will cover a full suite of products to include building management in the future in addition to light fixtures, movement and air-conditioning.
Alstra brings together trusted companies in the industry to assemble an integrated end-to-end building solutions portfolio—ranging from climate-control solutions to vertical transport solutions, he said.
The outfit helps engineers, architects, developers, and building managers save time and money by providing design guidance, energy-efficient building systems, project-management service and reliable after-market services, making it the top-of-mind business-solutions provider in the industry.
