More than 100 real-estate brokers witnessed their peers get recognized during Citystate Properties & Management Corp.’s (CPMC) Brokers Appreciation Day held recently at the Citystate Tower Hotel in Ermita, Manila. Two of those who received the highly coveted awards were DNE Realty, which was named CPMC’s Top Broker, and Batangas-based realty A&M Luckyland, which was given the Ambassador’s Award. The former booked the highest sales for CPMC’s Sandari Batulao project in 2017, while the latter has been a loyal and consistently productive partner brokerage of the company.
CPMC President Dominga Michelle Cabangon Chua, during her remarks, expressed her appreciation for the boutique developers’ partner brokers for their hard work and dedication in making Sandari Batulao such a successful project.
Located in Nasugbu, Batangas, the first phase of Sandari Batulao is called Nalé, which is a 41-hectare garden community with three private enclaves: Bamboo, Fern and Palm. The company just launched the second phase of this real estate project dubbed Dima, and in keeping with its wellness- and green-inspired design philosophy, 50 percent of Dima is dedicated to green and open spaces. At the heart of this development is a natural river for residents’ enjoyment, while other amenities and features include a swimming pool, an organic farm and a function hall.
