To all businessmen who have clear intentions for the Small Town Lottery (STL) operations of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), beware of “Falcon1” (F1) and “Falcon2” (F2) because these two have strong networks reaching up to Mindanao just to get millions of money.
I will identify these people in my future column if they will not stop their evil deeds.
I already have with me some evidence—like audio recording of the telephone conversations featuring these corrupt personalities who bastardize the STL just to get millions of money. I admire the guts of one corrupt personality involved. I thought he’s smart, but he’s dumb.
Maybe F1 and F2 are also related to my previous exposé about this group led by a dekampanilya couple with a “Duterte” family name, according to the description of my “A1”.
Members of this group allegedly brag that they can negotiate with the officers inside PCSO for a particular businessman or corporation who wants to play STL, but they need to “lock in” the authorization to make “sure” they will get it.
The “lock-in money” depends on the computation based on the Presumptive Monthly Retail Receipts.
Some individuals have already fell into this lock-in racket or scheme, and they are willing to testify (if needed) just to stop this scheme.
These businessmen are our allies who want to help the government, the Duterte administration, to gather funds legally through STL for the health and charity programs of the government.
Apart from STL, revenues from Lotto and Sweepstakes help fund the government’s free medicines program for sick patients, to pay hospitalization expenses, chemotherapy and dialysis sessions, transplants and implants, donate free ambulances and fund hospital equipment.
But due to vested interests of some individuals, they are destroying the STL operations. They should be held liable for their misdeeds. If the President finds out what they are doing, I don’t know where they can hide.
To whom it may concern: If I were you, I’ll fly away while I still can. According to my A1, you are already being investigated. Apparently, there’s an “initial ist” of the people involved, based on the evidence gathered.
Meanwhile, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Undersecretary Lorraine Marie T. Badoy for supporting PCSO, especially the Office of the General Manager under the leadership of retired Marine Maj. Gen. Alexander “Mandirigma” Balutan.
I didn’t know PCOO already included materials coming from Mandirigma’s official Facebook page www.facebook.com/mandirigma83 (Mandirigma sa Kawanggawa) in their massive information/dissemination campaign.
We know Usec Badoy has bashers in social media, especially those personalities who use the name of President Duterte. But she remains focused on her job and does not let these bashers affect her.
In fact, she praised the good leadership of the PCSO General Manager, especially with the continued information/dissemination campaign that caters to the Filipino people.
Thank you very much Usec Badoy. I salute you and PCOO under the leadership of Secretary Martin Andanar!
