Ayala Land Premiere Arbor Lanes: The new southern gateway to Metro Manila

THE Ayala Land Premiere (ALP) team, led by its Managing Director Mike Jugo, is on cloud nine these days as Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) luxury brand project Arbor Lanes is now 74-percent sold-out, and set for completion of its first building next year.

Arbor Lanes is a five-block residential property in Arca South in the former Food Terminal Inc.  Moreover, the project is the current top seller among ALP residential condominium projects.

“We’ve gotten a very warm response from the market. We’re selling 20 units per month. Location superior access, and very strategically located are the main factors why it is the top seller of ALP,” Jugo said in his media presentation held on September 13 in Makati City.

Just like the previous high-end projects, Jugo said living spaces have remained as one of the big draws for ALP’s discriminating clients like in the case of Arbor Lanes. Being positioned as the new southern gateway to Metro Manila, Arbor is accessible from the Makati Central Business District and Bonifacio Global City, as well as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Meanwhile, the South Intermodal Transport System is also being built beside the estate and will be the primary terminal for provincial buses, public-utility vehicles (PUVs) and private cars into the city.

Garden Suite

“Arca South will be connected to pivotal destinations in the south with the government’s major infrastructure development. The South Intermodal Transport System will be the jump-off point of provincial buses from the south, wherein the expected 200,000 commuters will be unloading and loading unto in-city transportations like jeeps, taxis, railways and other PUVs. It is envisioned to lessen the vehicular traffic inside Metro Manila,” Jugo explained.

Arca South will feature six corporate towers anchored on the development of an Ayala Mall consisting of retail and dining options, plus a 265-room Seda Hotel.  To develop a good harmony while doing business,   offices and commercial areas will be linked by lush landscapes and wide green spaces.

ALI’s three residential brands are present with Ayala Land Premier taking up almost 35,000 square meter of the Arca South development.

Arbor Lanes features garden living through the Garden Terraces, opening up pocket gardens with outdoor seating that are fused randomly into the building’s architecture. Tree wells will have trees from the basement parking rising up until ground amenity level to envelop the community in profuse natural light and air.

Duo Suite

Being an ALP investor, expect the best offering from ALI.  Arbor Lanes’s buyers are given an option for residential configurations. Classic, Grand and Special Units and Duo Suites in Arbor Lanes exclusively feature a Garden Lounge. This is a private space approximately 6 sq m to 9 sq m in size that expands the living room.  Adaptable to varying weather conditions, the adjustable louver slats open up to maximize natural light and ventilation.

“Arbor Lanes puts residents into an urban oasis in the middle of a modern metropolis. We have brought garden living into luxurious new levels,” Jugo said.

The Canopy Pool Villas and Canopy Suites are special homes found at the topmost floor. These expansive, bilevel residences elevate luxury living in Arca South. The three- or four-bedroom Canopy Pool Villa, for example, is highlighted with its own 22-sq-m private pool deck and lounge—the residents’ own private sanctuary. Units of Arbor Lanes Block 1 will be turned over starting on the first quarter of 2018. Residences in Arbor Lanes are priced between P11 million and P85 million.
