SMC keeps power supply deals with Meralco

CONGLOMERATE San Miguel Corp. (SMC) did not terminate the power supply deals with the Manila Electric Company (Meralco), but said on Tuesday it will exhaust all legal remedies to continue supplying power to the utility firm while fulfilling its responsibilities to its shareholders.

ACEN lists green bonds on PDEx

ACEN Corp. has successfully listed its maiden peso-denominated Asean green bonds on the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx) platform. It said Thursday that the P10-billion green bonds, with a fixed interest rate of 6.0526 percent per annum for a five-year tenor, were 8.6 times oversubscribed.
