Whether you like it raw, sashimi-style, flash-fried part of a sushi roll or chopped up in a Poke-style sushi bowl — eating raw fish no longer frowned us — and tried sushi at some point!
Whether you pair it with a glass of wine, cocktail, sake — sushi offers a different eating experience above others.
Firstly, it became one of the most loved international dishes served. The cold-firm fish combined with rice, sauce and other ingredients is truly delicious!
Here in town, Filipinos learned to embrace eating sushi at its best. You see it everywhere: high-end to side street, traditional to infused, Pinoy style or franchised from abroad — we have it!
One, JAAM House of Sushi, quickly gained its name by serving a Pinoy-Japanese infusion of sushi well-loved by everyone and even famous Pinoy celebrities who frequently patronize them.
“Well, it’s not really a trend but how we prepare our food, we think, that’s why these people keep coming back buying. We are very generous with our ingredients, we ask
People what they want, they’re authentic-tasting and affordable,” said JAAM House of Sushi and Power Couple Javerne and Monique Pasahol.
And just these celebs like actors Coco Martin, Ken Chan, Jeric Gonzales, Joshua Garcia, actresses Kathryn Bernardo, Sunshine Cruz, Coleen Garcia, Sofia Andres, Sexbomb Dancer Rochelle Pangikinan, singers Rady Santiago, DingDong Avanzado, Jessa Zaragoza and social media girl Christine Samson experienced their one-of-a-kind Sushi Party Boat, and feasts of Sushi, Maki, Tempura and Sashimi to name a few.
On the other hand, JAAM can also be found in the famous Farmer’s Market in Cubao (Quezon City) where they sell seafood of all kinds. JAAM Seafoods Trading actually started their now-popular JAAM House of Sushi so the power couple considers Araneta Center their baby branch.
Aside from there, JAAM is also in Don Antonio Commonwealth (Quezon City) and Taguig City with franchised branch in Eton Centris and in Marikina, Rockwell, Angeles City Pampanga and another Araneta (Dine-In) branch all opening very soon.
For more inquiries and franchising details, you may contact them in their Facebook (JAAM House of Sushi Main or JAAM Seafoods Trading) and Instagram (@jaamhouseofsushi) accounts.
For deliveries, they are available in Grab Food and Dong Eats.
