DMCI Homes Inc. on Thursday said reservation sales for Solmera Coast in San Juan, Batangas, the company’s maiden venture into the leisure property market, have reached more than P5.6 billion in just over a month since its launch on August 7.
As of the middle of the month, about 93 percent of Solmera Coast’s launched inventory of nearly 800 condotel units have already been reserved.
Solmera Coast, the flagship project of DMCI Homes under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences, unit sizes ranging from 34 square meters to 91.5 square meters. The unit options include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with prices varying between P7.1 million and P17 million.
The condotel units are spread across three midrise buildings—Matahari, Kartika and Bumi, which are scheduled for occupancy in February 2027, May 2027 and August 2027, respectively.
Dennis Yap, the company’s vice president for project development, said the company has plans to launch the residential phase of the project.
Yap said residential units will be offered in the two remaining buildings, Nusa and Asri.
“In light of the outstanding sales performance of the condotel units, we’re excited to unveil the next buildings of Solmera Coast. The residential units, located in the Nusa and Asri buildings, will provide a unique beach park living experience for those seeking a beach park lifestyle.”
The company said the project has captured the interest of investors and beach enthusiasts alike, as it is “the only tropical Asian-inspired beach park condotel in San Juan, Batangas.”
With its unique beachfront location, the development not only offers an investment opportunity but also provides a tranquil haven for leisure and pleasure, it said.
Spanning 7.5 hectares, the property offers ample open spaces and event venues for a complete beachside experience. Solmera Coast boasts a range of amenities, including five swimming pools, a game area, a gym, two restaurants and a convention center.
Solmera Coast is located in San Juan, Batangas, a prime destination for travelers. The area has seen a surge in tourist arrivals, reaching one million between January and June 2022.
This figure is projected to grow even further in the coming years with the upcoming completion of transportation infrastructure projects such as the SLEX Toll Road 4 which will extend from Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Lucena City in Quezon province.
“Beyond being a dream getaway, Solmera Coast is a rewarding income property. DMCI Homes facilitates rental transactions through a trusted hotelier, allowing property owners to maximize their investments even when they are away.
