The SM group and UNIQLO Philippines have joined hands to rehabilitate schools damaged by Typhoon Paeng, one of the strongest typhoons that hit the country in 2022.
Through the collaboration, SM Foundation rehabilitated Sto. Cristo Elementary School in Pulilan, Bulacan and Gen. Luciano San Miguel Elementary School in Noveleta, Cavite. The partnership targets to repair one more school in Batangas.
Earlier, SM Foundation and UNIQLO also collaborated to install handwashing facilities in schools, refurbish health centers, and distribute Emergency GoKit+and dinnerwares in other typhoon-hit areas.
