SOCIAL Security System President and CEO Rolando L. Macasaet reminded members and pensioners to secure their login credentials for their My.SSS account and other personal information to protect their online account from being used in fraudulent transactions.
“We discourage them from sharing their usernames, passwords, and other login details of their My.SSS account to another person. Anyone with this information could use their My.SSS account to avail of benefits or loans without their knowledge nor consent,” Macasaet was quoted in a statement as saying.
The SSS chief said the pension fund’s branch personnel can assist members and pensioners who need assistance in using the My.SSS and SSS mobile app.
