    1. Ok lang cool and warm water, not hot. Otherwise you’ll be killing off the enzymes and the natural vitamin C.

  3. I was suffering pain on my right flank and my urine was yellow and foamy. I suspected then that I might be having liver or kidney problem. The pain was quite bearable and not intense but very very disturbing and uncomfortable. So I had decided to drink black tea with brown sugar mixed with calamansi juice from two calamansi fruits 1 hour before breakfast after I wake up in the morning. The pain subsided the next day and it was gone on the 4th day. My urine appearance has gone back to normalI and I still continue drinking black tea with calamansi juice till this time hoping that it give more health benefits to me other than cleansing my kidney.
