PLAYERS and coaches of Nueva Ecija and Zamboanga City grace Tuesday’s session of the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum ahead of their Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) National Finals set to begin this weekend.
Rice Vanguards coach Jerson Cabiltes and his Zamboanga Family’s Brand Sardines counterpart Vic Ycasiano will be joined by some of their players in the 10 a.m. public sports program to talk about their team’s chances in the best-of-five title series.
MPBL officials led by commissioner Kenneth Duremdes and league coordinator Joe Ramos will also grace the session set at the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Building ground floor inside the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
The Rice Vanguards topped the North Division at the expense of the San Juan Knights in three games, and so did Zamboanga against Batangas City Embassy Chill in the South Division title chase.
