Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), a unit of Megaworld Corp., said it expects some P1.3 billion in sales from the first phase of luxury residential village in Trece Martires, Cavite.
GERI said it is launching the 41.8-hectare Prana Garden Villas, which will rise inside the 340-hectare Sherwood Hills and will offer a total of 178 lots. Lots range in size from 240 square meters to 513 square meters. Turnover of lots will start in 2026, the company said.
“We are very excited to showcase the elegance of living amidst nature at Prana Garden Villas, which has been mindfully planned to blossom together with its surrounding landscape. The village will also provide easy and convenient access to the Sherwood Hills Golf and Country Club since it will rise just beside the world-class leisure development,” Rachelle I. Peñaflorida, first vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Global-Estate Inc., said.
This new residential development will feature a variety of amenities, including a big clubhouse that will have several swimming pools, cabanas, meditation area, yoga and exercise deck, dry river walk, a sunken outdoor seating area, a courtyard and covered walkways. It will also have a fitness center, a visitor’s lounge and collaboration space, daycare, function area, several water features, and sand gardens.
Other amenities that future residents of the development will enjoy include a basketball court, pet park and a children’s playground.
Around 40 percent of the entire village will be allocated for green and open spaces, including verdant thematic parks. Surrounding the village are different schools, hospitals, institutional establishments, and leisure resorts. Soon, a commercial area will also be built near the development.
The main road inside the village will be about 19.2-meters wide, while secondary roads will be about eight to 13-meters wide.
“The name ‘Prana’ was derived from a Sanskrit word for ‘life force.’ Through this development, we intend to create a sanctuary of wellness that allows future residents to nurture unique, holistic lifestyles while living harmoniously with nature,” Peñaflorida said.
