Ilonggo cookbook, ‘Flavors of Iloilo’ launched

Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas with wife Rosalie led the launching of Ilonggo Cookbook, “Flavors of Iloilo.” 

Iloilo City is known as the “Food Haven of the Philippines”.

In order to strengthen the City’s promotion of its culinary treasures, the Iloilo City Government and the Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. launched the book together with its author, Ilonggo Premiere Chef and an Ilonggo Heritage Cuisine Advocate Chef Rafael “Tibong” Jardeleza Jr. at the SM City Event Center in Iloilo City.
