Ambassador Michèle Boccoz traveled 7 hours by helicopter on January 1 to accompany the delivery of emergency items for French and Filipino nationals in Siargao in the wake of Typhoon Odette (international name Rai), with support from the Department of Foreign Affairs, as well as the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
