The country continues to benefit from the government’s ambitious “Build, Build, Build” program and even property developers can attest to that.
In fact, many developers have anchored their projects on the P8-trillion infrastructure initiative, which is envisioned to allow better connectivity and boost economic growth in the countryside.
“We all know what having good infrastructure means for a country or even just a city. Having well-planned infrastructure could help usher in progress in an area and this is why we welcome and look forward to the completion of new roads, bridges, or rail projects,” said Sta. Data from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) showed that since June 2016, a total of 9,845 km of roads, 2,709 bridges, and 4,536 flood control projects, among others, have already been built. Most of these projects were heralded by developers as it gave their projects that much-needed boost especially during the pandemic when everyone seemed to go after that much-needed comfort, connectivity, and convenience.
Many developers thus regard the Build, Build, Build program as a guide to what their next steps should be. It helps them identify where to build next and enables them to effectively plan their expansion—meaning, wherever the next infrastructure project is, developers are sure to follow.
“Infrastructure not only helps improve connectivity and accessibility but it also boosts land values especially in the fringe areas. These give us more reasons to build in these once hard-to-reach areas or sleepy towns,” Mr. Robles added.
Sta. Lucia Land is among those that are set to significantly benefit from big-ticket infrastructure projects such as the NLEx Harbor Link Segment 10, the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway, the Laguna Lake Highway, and the Taytay-El Nido Road in Palawan, among many others.
“Sta. Lucia Land has numerous projects across the country including in the fringe areas and these major infrastructure developments are set to make our projects even more accessible.
