Iconic media brand, NME has just launched its online NME Shop – exclusively for music lovers in Asia. 

The site, https://shop-asia.nme.com/, will feature the newest and hottest music and pop culture merchandise and gear, including exclusives and products designed in collaboration with artists and personalities.

Curation of the collection is done by the NME Asia Team, while e-commerce distribution and logistics are being supported by Swee Lee Music, the largest distributor and retailer of musical instruments and lifestyle in Southeast Asia.   

Meng Ru Kuok, CEO of BandLab Technologies says “Since 1952 NME has been a musical tastemaker. It’s now grown into a global media powerhouse committed to creating and curating content, products and experiences essential to fans of music and pop culture today. We’re now extending our iconic tastemaking to physical music products, festival merch, and music gear to delight music lovers in Asia.” 

NME Asia shop will include a range of exclusive NME merch

The NME Shop has merch aplenty for superfans around the region. For starters, there are iconic NME logo tees, hoodies, tote bags and caps with more brand exclusive merch in the works. Fans can pledge their allegiance to music’s most legendary figures with a series of officially-licensed graphic tees from Daydreamer. Made responsibly in Los Angeles, each tee features a vintage print of music’s finest. From pop icons David Bowie and Blondie, to metal pioneers Black Sabbath, and R&B sensations TLC and more, the NME Shop has music festival fashion covered.

NME’s selection of vinyl records has everything from mainstream pop to indie rock that will satisfy beginners and collectors alike. There’s a good mix of greatest hits, debut albums and chart toppers to choose from and cassette lovers have not been forgotten either, with a wide range of cassette titles for walkman listeners out there! The site hosts three vinyl collections, from SEA homegrown favourites to all time essentials, as well as Staff Picks, which include NME-approved 5-star reviewed albums and the best breakout stars on our radar, all handpicked by the editorial team.

NME Shop will house everything for the music lover from vinyl and cassettes to turntables, speakers and headphones

The collection of speakers, headphones, turntables, mixers and cassette players will make sure that music fans can have a life full of music –everywhere they go, in whatever format they fancy. Brands available include: Marshall, Bose, Beats, Crosley,  Audio-Technica, Akai, and Novation.
