MOVING beyond the business of building homes, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. continues to solidify its strong foothold in the Philippine market with its portfolio of hotel and condotel projects.
“We are here not just to build homes and develop lands. We also create projects that could help us further expand our portfolio of offerings, which, in turn, would allow us to be of better service to a bigger market and not just to our homeowners,” explained Sta. Lucia Land Inc. President Exequiel Robles. “Thus, after developing our commercial mall and golf communities, we also ventured into hotel and condotel development. This is our way of contributing to the evolving tourism landscape in the country.”
Sta. Lucia Land believes that by continuously expanding its offerings, it would be able to sustain its strong standing in a highly cutthroat market while satisfying the needs of its growing base of loyal clientele. What is further notable is the fact that the company has put up its hotels and condotels in areas where demand for decent accommodation is strong but supply is lacking.
For instance, among the company’s early hotel and condotel projects were located in the Eastern corridor of the Metro—an area where the company traces its roots and currently thrives.
“We are familiar with the needs and wants of our market in the East because that is where Sta. Lucia Land began. But this familiarity wasn’t enough for us to feel complacent. Thus, we made sure to go all out and deliver only the best accommodations for our market,” Robles said.
“Every hotel and condotel we’ve built in the East proved to be the best thus making us a smart, practical accommodation of choice in the area. There were no shortcuts for us when we built them, offering the modern traveler and staycationer the best value for their money with their bright, spacious rooms and practical amenities,” he further noted.
In the East, Sta. Lucia Land currently has two operational hotel and condotel offerings, namely, the Stradella at East Bel Air and Santorini at Sta. Lucia Residenze. These two hotels provide comfortable accommodations that offer all the necessities you may need, as well as the ease of being near the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, among other modern conveniences. Both hotels, likewise, provide the perfect setting for that much-needed break as it has amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and children’s play area that would allow any guest to have a good time.
The two projects are, likewise, near some of the famed tourist destinations, family entertainment centers, food havens, pilgrim sites and other landmarks in Rizal, Marikina and Pasig that would make for truly perfect weekend getaway.
“These two hotels serve as the perfect jump-off point to even bigger and more enjoyable adventures in the East. And if ever guests or business travelers decide to take it slow, then they can also opt to explore Sta. Lucia City and its many offerings. Staying in these two hotels means never running out of options and things to do, explore and experience,” Robles concluded.
