Tech-savvy RedDoorz boosts business for partner hotels

Partner hotel owners hailed hotel management and booking platform RedDoorz for helping them boost market presence and increase occupancy through award-winning technology. The leading tech-driven firm uses its own technology to help property owners manage their hotels and maximize their profits.

Dianne Landicho Goldsberg, property owner of RedDoorz near Arca South, Taguig, said that since partnering with the No. 1 affordable hotel chain, her property has enjoyed an average occupancy rate of 90 to 100 percent daily, getting 5-star ratings all the time.

“RedDoorz takes care of advertising and marketing my property and bringing in guests through their booking system. Their unique technology is a real boon and makes it easy for us to monitor and check our occupancy rate in real-time. If we were to buy the technology, it would be too expensive, but RedDoorz provides its partners with that technology for free,” Goldsberg added.

One of the first property owners to partner with the start-up company in 2018, RedDoorz’s first year in the Philippines, Ms. Goldberg said she started her business as an apartment, then converted it into a hotel. “I own an apartment with 32 rooms, which is now with RedDoorz. Compared to before, I can say that we tripled our income because of RedDoorz’s system-generated pricing. Basically, when the demand is high, their system adjusts the price. We also get bonuses if we are performing well – to add, we’re already building two more properties that we plan to expand with RedDoorz.”

For Goldsberg, the decision to partner with RedDoorz was a risk she took and now she is reaping all the rewards. “RedDoorz is really a big blessing for us. We started as an apartment so I had no idea how to run a hotel, but RedDoorz has been my training ground in the hotel industry. Really, we came from nothing to something,” she said. She is planning to add more properties with the company.

There is RedFox, which received a major award two years ago, that uses information like seasonal factor, demands and various other key data points to identify the right pricing for the hotel. It uses ML and various algorithms based on occupancy, weather, date, time and seasonal moments to identify a base price for the property. We also have Red Eagle that helps us identify and find supplies and properties. Red Partners is a real-time tracking system for hotel owners that allows them to easily monitor their property’s occupancy, room rates that can adjust on demands, and internal customer service.”

Currently, RedDoorz is the leading player in the tech-enabled hotel chain industry with more than 200 properties in more than 20 cities nationwide.

Aside from the standardized hotel experience and its ultra affordable rates, RedDoorz offers all its customers free wifi, satellite television, mineral water, spotless linens, clean washrooms, hot and cold shower and toiletries in all its partner hotels. Payments can be made using credit cards and DragonPay or through the pay-at-hotel option.
