President Marcos recently disclosed at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland that the long raging disputes in the South China Sea (SCS) involving China, the Philippines, and other claimants “keep him up at night.” The dispute “keeps you up at night, keeps you up in the day, and keeps you up most of the time.
