ROPERTY developer Megaworld Corp. on Thursday said it is building its second residential development in its 12.3-hectare Arcovia City mixed-use development in Pasig.
Megaworld said it expects to generate around P12 billion in sales from Arcovia Palazzo, which will be composed of three residential towers in varying heights: the 40-story Altea Tower, the 45-story Benissa Tower and the 49-story Cantabria Tower.
The project, due for completion in 2025, will have a total residential inventory of 1,472 units. It will offer a wide variety of residential units ranging from studio with or without balcony of up to 32 square meters; one bedroom with or without balcony of up to 46.5 sq m; two bedroom with balcony up to 77 sq m; and three bedroom with balcony up to 193.5 sq m.
Select bi-level units for one-bedroom and two-bedroom setups are also available, offering layouts of up to 107 sq m for the one-bedroom unit, and 139 sq m for the two bedroom ones.
Arcovia Palazzo will offer generous amenities at the fifth level—an infinity pool with pool deck, pavilion, Jacuzzi, game room, fitness center, daycare center, outdoor seating lounge, children’s playground, function rooms and a multipurpose lawn.
At the towers’ ground level will be retail spaces with direct views of the iconic Arco de Emperador, the township’s own landmark, the company said.
Arcovia Palazzo is designed by United Kingdom-based world-renowned architectural firm, Broadway Malyan.
Last year, the company launched its first residential development in Arcovia City, the 37-story 18 Avenue de Triomphe, which offers 576 units worth P4 billion. The tower, due for completion in 2023, is now almost sold out, and its construction has already commenced.
Once completed, the township will become a master-planned mix of residential towers, office towers, commercial developments and parks in one sustainable community along the C5 corridor.
