Moreover, another interesting element in Japan’s high-tech society is its modern toilet. Tourists are treated to a unique and technology-centric experience brought about by the combination of cutting-edge technology and Japanese standards in hygiene and cleanliness.
These sophisticated toilets transform a normal trip to the restroom into a high-tech experience by combining innovative technology with the Japanese sense of hygiene and cleanliness. Furthermore, the high-tech appliances allow users a wide array of functions, including heated seats, warm water jets, and flushing at the touch of a button. As technology advances, the toilets have also introduced new features such as automatic seats.
Thanks to the property boom in the country, Filipinos will now have the opportunity to experience the high quality of Japan’s toilet technology.
Providing both convenience and comfort
The world’s largest toilet manufacturer Toto is known for developing the cutting-edge washlet, blending seamless style with ergonomic efficiency, and a variety of customizable cleansing, heating, and deodorizing functions at the touch of a button.
The Seasons Residences, a Japanese-inspired four-tower upscale condominium that is now being developed in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) recently partnered with Toto to install these special washlets in specific units for its first tower, Haru.
These are seats equipped with powerful automated deodorizers that eliminates odor, as well as a soft-closing seat with varied temperature settings. All these functions can be conveniently controlled via a wireless remote with an illuminated touch pad.
A campaign for clean and conscientious living
The washlet is not just about comfort. It also has a PreMist function that sprays the bowl with water before each use, preventing waste build-up and keeping the toilet bowl clean. The water spray wand is self-sanitizing, automatically cleaning itself before and after every use. In addition, the seat itself can be removed for easy cleaning.
Secondary bathrooms and smaller units in The Seasons Residences will be equipped with an Ecowasher, a toilet seat with a bidet that does not need electricity to function. It has a fully retractable nozzle for complete hygiene, and a knob that allows for easy adjustment of water pressure. The Ecowasher also comes with a soft-closing seat and lid.
These premium toilet fixtures are just a small part of The Seasons Residences’ promise of promoting a lifestyle focused on innovation, comfort, cleanliness, and energy-conservation. Residents of this new development will be able to enjoy homes that are at the forefront of technology, with interiors and exteriors that guarantee design efficiency, safety and security, advanced clean technology, and resource-saving fixtures.
