PROPERTY developer DM Wenceslao and Associates Inc. on Thursday said it already sold 278 units of MidPark Towers, a 90-percent take-up of 309 units since it was launched in November last year.
It achieved more than P4.3 billion in presales over the last six months, with an average transacted price of P250,500 per square meter.
“The overwhelming response from homebuyers of MidPark Towers exceeded our expectations,” said Delfin Angelo C. Wenceslao, the company’s CEO.
“This reflects strong demand for quality homes and real-estate investment opportunities among Filipinos and foreigners,” he said.
Following the success of the first two towers, the third tower will be released and available for purchase beginning June 2019.
It will house 204 residential units with base prices starting at P10.8 million or P275,000 per square meter for the smallest 40-square-meter studio units, which is 25 percent higher from the launch price of P220,000 per square meter for the first two towers. MidPark Towers is a four-tower freehold property slated for completion in 2023.
“By then, Aseana City will feature new landmarks, even more recreational and entertainment venues, vibrant public spaces and well-developed transportation links,” Wenceslao said.
