BUSINESS cloud software provider Infor was cited by Gartner Inc. in the 2019 Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems because of its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
“We believe that Infor’s position as a leader in this Gartner Magic Quadrant reaffirms our belief that a single, unified, global warehousing solution built to take advantage of business value of the cloud provides a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the age of customer-driven supply chains,” said Rod Johnson, EVP and GM, manufacturing and supply chain for Infor.
Gartner said WMS offerings, amid the mature market, keep on making a difference in areas like usability, adaptability, intelligence, scalability up and down market, and life-cycle costs.
“Furthermore, customers increasingly favor supply-chain suites that can support end-to-end logistics process orchestration,” the world’s leading research and advisory company said in the report.
Infor CloudSuite WMS is the next evolution of Infor SCE (Supply Chain Execution), combining its improved capabilities in warehouse management with the computing power of the cloud.
As a cloud offering, it offers the same experience to customers, no matter how they choose to deploy it, whether multi-tenant, single-tenant or on-premises. It has native support for 14 languages.
The newest addition to Infor’s CloudSuite products also brings the agile, flexible and proven performance that customers expect.
Visual warehousing, labor management and open API framework come standard with CloudSuite WMS. They help lessen the need to add additional features or customizations, while paving the way for advanced warehousing capabilities.
Infor offers different applications that span across financials, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, customer relationships, health care, retail and the public sector.
The global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry serves more than 68,000 customers in over 170 countries through its 17,300 employees worldwide.
In the Philippines alone, it has over 300 customers in various industries, such as food and beverage, fashion, logistics, and manufacturing and distribution, among others.
For fiscal year 2018, Infor posted more than $3 billion in revenue. At the latest, 70 percent of its software license revenue is derived from cloud applications.
