“I’m too old to worry about who likes me and who dislikes me. I have more important things to do. If you love me, I love you. If you support me, I support you. If you hate me, I don’t care. Life goes on with or without you.”
That quote was posted in the Instagram account of actor Coco Martin recently. Obviously, it is a reaction to the news coming out that he is allegedly the father of the child that Julia Montes gave birth to recently. You see, there have been unconfirmed reports of Julia having given birth and that Coco is the father of her child.
Netizens went wild over the post. Some are saying how ungrateful he is and that if he doesn’t really give a care, then why post something like this in the first place. Many still profess their undying love to the actor and promised to still support him—no matter what.
Such is the power of Coco Martin. Years ago, he was just an indie actor who was grateful to get any kind of work—whether being a housekeeper to being an extra. Now, he is undeniably one of the country’s biggest stars and if he needs a break from all the intrigues, then maybe we should give him a break!
But Coco, promise to still talk about all the issues hounding you when you are ready, OK? Sorry Coco fans, while you will not get another peep from him regarding the burning issues, you may want to just take in this direct quote from him: “Pag bumibili akong jeans…sukat sa bewang pero madalas sobrang haba.
Yup, he’s talking about jeans.
You read that right. Coco would rather dwell on his latest role as clothing brand Jag’s endorser. Coco was recently launched in a glitzy event hosted by the company and you guessed it, he didn’t answer any of the questions in everybody’s minds.
Maybe we can stalk him in one of the Jag outlets where he goes shopping and then ask him?
