Bago kaya yung serbisyo hindi maayos daming negative feedback simula nung nag operate sila tsk!
Nagawa pa nilang mag expand sa ganyang klase ng serbisyo nila? really paano? puro palpak naman yung delivery.
Dahil sa pangit ng serbisyo ng j&t at walang pagaalaga sa mga driver nila ayun kaya inaalisan kaya laging kulang sa mga magdedeliver ang nangyayari kawawa yung mga client na naghihintay ng matagal!
One time nag try ako gumamit ng J&T express hindi ko na ulit inulit kasi nakakadala delay na nga dumating sa client ko may damage pa daw 🙁 ako pa tuloy napapahiya hindi sila!
Wala namang kwenta yang courier na yan promise. pagdedeliver na nga lang hindi pa magawa ng maayos lagi nalang delay.
Nako magtatagal mawawala din sila ng mabilis kung patuloy yung ganyang klaseng serbisyo nila na binibigay sa mga client.
Mura na nga mapapamura ka naman pag dating mga parcel mo yung packaging nila panget buti nalang hindi nadamay yung sa pinaka laman.
Nako j&t bakit kayo ganyan kabago bago niyo palang sa pilipinas puro na kayo negative feedback regarding sa service niyo ayusin niyo naman.
Last time naghihintay ako na dumating yung package ko kasi sabi monday daw putek akala ko nawala na dahil sa sobrang tagal na deliver sakin! Take note nasa manila lang ako niyan wala sa province, my gosh!
Sad to say pero itong bagong business na J&T nakakadismaya sa totoo lang walang mga isang salita, pag tatawag ka pa sa hotline wala kang makuhang matinong sagot!
Grabe hindi na talaga ako uult sa j&t express na ito laking abala at sakit sa ulo bigay sakin pati dun sa client ko na nagiintay nung package! never na uulit sa j&t!
Hindi nila na meet expectation ko sorry, btw J&T express ano silbi ng tracking app niyo hindi ko naman matrace kung nasan at ano na nangyari sa package ko? hmmm!
Worst na experience ko jan sa J&T Express na yan yung packaging ng package ko mukhang binalahura ng kung sino man pero thankful parin at hindi na sira yung laman kung hindi humanda kayo sakin!

Marami ng umaayaw sa J&T dahil sa bulok na system nila hindi matrack na parcel hindi mo tuloy alam kung nasan at ano na nangyare.
Sino ba naman kasing hindi maiinis e ang bagal bagal ng service nila pagminalas malas pa may damage pa yung item!
Sa lahat ng courier at eto na yung pinaka malala walang assurance kungokay darating sayo yung item mo.
One time nga kinabahan ako jan sa J&T na yan kasi hindi ko matrack yung item ko tas pag tinatawagan ko naman puro deliver na daw hays nako po.
Rider nga nila mismo nirereklamo sila dahil sa kung paano sila itrato kaya hindi na kataka-taka kung pati sa mga client nila hindi din maayos.
J&T ano na anong balak niyo sa item ko nag around the world na ata dahil sa tagal ng delivery ah.
Bakit yung item ko napunta ng Cebu anyare J&T ganito ba kayo maghandle ng mga delivery niyo? bara bara lang!
Nakakainis yang J&T na yan may nakalagay na ngang fragile hindi parin iningatan tas sasabihin hindi nila kasalanan ano kaya yun?

Actually mura lang sana ang J&T compared to LBC kasi almost half or more pa ang difference ng bayad. Kaya lang si LBC kinabukasan ma dedeliver na sa iyo kapag naka abot ang nagpadala sa cut off time ng branch si J&T mag iisang lingo na bukas wala padin ang parcel ko ang bagal. Pwee J&T 😥
This seld-acclaimed “no. 1 e-commerce express delivery” shows no behaviour of being a no. 1. First of all, they are INCOMPETENT. Second, they show little to no sensibility towards their customers. They don’t even give a goddamn information about the parcel that the customer’s been anticipating. Furthermore, they’ll just call you once, and in case you’ve missed it… BYE BYE! Orders been returned to seller. I dislike them for ruining my holidays. I’ve been calling them out in various online shopping platforms, yet they haven’t resolved it. I hope this delivery express will get what they have deserved. Thank you. And please excuse my furious rant.

I tried calling the branch walang sumasagot. I called theit hotline 5 times using my mobile load . alam na scripted wla din napala. I sent email ganun din wala ni miss call..
in short walang gustong kumausap sa amin.. I called the main office wala din.

J&T pakiaayos ng service niyo SHOUT OUT sa ROXAS BRANCH ORIENTAL MINDORO! We are paying exact shipping fee and expecting our parcel to be delivered on front of our doorstep but it’s not happening coz the riders are always having this “ALIBI”, that we are located in a “LIBLIB” and “RISKY” area! WTH!!! We live in here and our place is one of the famous tourist spots in Mindoro, how come it’s described that way! There must be something wrong in J & T ROXAS BRANCH that needs to be corrected and realigned. We expect the Management to come up with a SOLUTION for a better and reliable courier service. Hope you hear this out! If you want to be patronised by your clients then do something about this.
