HASHTAG member Jameson Blake is in the middle of a storm again.
Some months ago, he was lambasted on social media for apparently being a cheapskate with graphic artists, asking them on social media to create some artwork for him—and the payment would be in the form of a shoutout instead of their actual professional fee. The young man admitted his mistake and said he has learned his lesson.
But in the recent Blackpink concert, Jameson was once again lambasted for apparently not falling in line. He was accused of using his celebrity status to be given VIP treatment, while other die-hard fans waited for hours in line. A video is currently circulating online where he and two friends were not in line and were just waiting in an area for their turn.
In an exclusive statement to GAB FAB, Hashtag Jameson explained to us that, yes, he was placed in an area away from the queue but this was upon the advise of the venue security since there were a lot of people taking pictures with him. I assumed that this was bothering some concertgoers and disrupting the line, therefore the guards went to him and told him to just wait in another area. “But it wasn’t like they didn’t make me line up anymore. When they already let the people in, we still waited for our number like all the fans,” he continued.
Many have feasted on this incident and hurled a lot of poisonous words to the actor, but he remained unfazed as he told me his side of the story. Maybe because he knows he is on the right side of this issue, he easily convinced me. Needless to say, more will be said about this incident, most likely in contradiction to Jameson’s version.
