With Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI) has remained to its commitment ever since it was established 31 years ago. Since then, year after year, the company has been surprising and surpassing the expectations of Filipinos with its modern and contemporary approach to building homes and uplifting lives. Under the leadership of Dr. Jose L. Acuzar at the helm as Chairman and Dr. Isagani Germar as Co-Chairman with Engr. Cesar Sanqui as President, NSJBI, has earned a track record of innovating pioneer projects. It has created a wide array of choices and methods in purchasing properties in the best locations across the metro. Thus, through the years, NSJBI has come up with a robust portfolio of service and recreational facilities, transport infrastructure, sustainable townships and prime residential condominiums.
A real estate company with its own construction firm, NSJBI ensures better quality control and speed of construction, as well as minimizes price mark-ups typical with third-party contractors. As an effect, NSJBI finishes projects faster and offers housing units at more affordable prices.
A testament to NSJBI’s expertise and dedication to its chosen field is the Ciudad de Victoria in Bocaue and Santa Maria, Bulacan. This complex houses the Philippine Arena, the world’s biggest indoor arena and the Philippine Sports Stadium. Then there’s also the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, an admired tourist spot in Bataan that exemplifies Filipino artistry and craftsmanship.
Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a 400-hectare heritage resort park aimed to celebrate Filipino tradition not only by showcasing their unique talent, ingenuity, and craftsmanship, but mainly by the restoration and preservation of 18th- and 19th-century Spanish heritage mansions and stone houses. It also has restaurants, bars, pools and a two-kilometer shoreline to a beach with a breathtaking sunset view—all against a backdrop of majestic mountains, rice fields, and a running river that flows to the sea.
Moreover, NSJBI’s properties today can be found all over key centers of Metro Manila. NSJBI- built and owned residential properties in Quezon City include Victoria Towers, Victoria Tower D, and Victoria Stations 1 and 2 which are located in the EDSA-Timog Avenue-Scout area, along with Victoria de Morato. In Manila, there is Victoria de Manila I and Victoria de Manila II right at the heart of Taft Avenue. Victoria de Makati is along Ayala Avenue in Makati City, Fort Victoria is in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, and Isabelle de Valenzuela along MacArthur Highway in Valenzuela.
Leading to NSJBI’s momentous 31st year are historic achievements. First was the acquisition of the Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU) in October 2014. Since then, NSJBI has joined every Filipino student in achieving a better life through education with the upgrading of MLQU’s facilities as well as its curriculum.
On August 19, 2016 coinciding with the 138th birth anniversary of the late President Manuel L. Quezon, commemorated its expansion in Quezon City. Dubbed “Quezon is Home”, the event features MLQU’s symbolic move to continue its legacy from Quiapo, Manila, to Quezon City with the unveiling of the late president’s portrait done by National Artist in Painting Fernando Amorsolo.
The next important event was the topping-off ceremony of its newest condominium sports complex rising at the heart of Quezon City: the Victoria Sports Tower, a high-rise residential condominium situated right beside the GMA Kamuning MRT station along EDSA. Victoria Sports Tower not only offers high-class residential apartments with convenient access to some of Quezon City’s most popular night spots, but also state-of-the-art sports facilities designed to attract the fitness-minded, both young and old.
Victoria Sports Tower has dedicated four entire floors to an upscale, state-of-the-art Sports Center. With a 50-meter indoor lap pool and a kiddie pool, six private gyms and complete wellness facilities, Victoria Sports is set to become the world’s largest indoor sports club in a residential setting.
Victoria Sports Tower also houses MLQU’s School for Professional Advancement & Continuing Education (SPACE) where the School of Law and Graduate Studies are located.
Earlier, NSJBI held another Topping-Off Ceremony on April 27 for Victoria de Manila II, condominium with sports complex in its podium. Strategically located at Taft Avenue cor. Gen Malvar St. in Manila, the tallest structure – 47th floors – in this side of Manila, is definitely accessible to stores, schools, government offices, hotels, public transportation and even national parks and places of cultural heritage.
For all these successes, NSJBI shall continue to build the Filipino dreams by launching its upcoming projects namely Victoria de Hidalgo, Victoria de Valenzuela and Victoria Arts and Theater Tower in 2018.
