THE newest Chinese club opens its doors with a complete package for entertainment and events at the MOA Complex in Pasay City.
Ashark Club is the newest destination in the Metro that combines the best in Chinese-Filipino cuisine, KTV entertainment and the finest event facilities in the country. Ashark Club takes its name from an actual live shark housed in the venue, which symbolizes fine dining and an aggressively modern aesthetic. The club serves as a conference venue, which can cater to big and small dining enthusiasts. The dining room can accommodate up to 200 guests, which is on second floor of Golden Phoenix Hotel.
The sprawling club occupies 1,600 square meters of floor space divided into an expansive dining hall with four KTV rooms, which are equipped with modern sound systems and larger-than-life screens, as well as seven VIP and conference rooms.
With Ashark Club’s KTV, the guests will get a complete dining and leisure experience through first-class state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, including touchscreen menu songs and massive flat-screen televisions. Each room features a remote-controlled dining table, its own wash room, top-quality hardwood flooring, plush coffee tables and leather lounge chairs. Beautiful chandeliers gracefully hang inside the KTV rooms alongside amazingly crafted paintings, wall décors and other accessories. Light fixtures change its colors as one sings along. An anteroom and service windows are available for the restaurant staff to provide first-class service of Ashark food and drinks without disturbing the fun.
Ashark Club takes pride when it comes to the authenticity of its food. It has its own team of culinary masters, led by Chef Mike Cheng, whose expertise comes all the way from Hong Kong. Chef Mike specializes in Cantonese cuisine. A total of seven chefs are in the team, in which five are Chinese and two Filipino chefs. Dining is truly a gastronomic experience as guests go on to discover China’s interesting variety of regional dishes with their own distinct flavors and origins, like Szechuan, Cantonese and Hunan.
