CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has opened on Wednesday its recruitment process to fill up the 190 new Fire Officer I vacancies in Central Luzon.
BFP Regional Director F/CSUPT. Aloveel Ferrer said the number of slots per region is determined by the Central Office as part of their program of activities for the simultaneous conduct of regular hiring and selection of fire officers for the year 2017 nationwide.
It is open to all Filipino citizens who are at least 21 years old but not more than 30 years old, a bachelor’s degree holder, board passer or holder of second-level eligibility and has a height of at least 1.57 meters for females and 1.62 meters for males.
Interested and qualified applicants must submit a handwritten Personal Data Sheet (Civil Service Commission Form 212); two pieces passport- size colored picture with name tag; photocopy of unexpired Professional Regulation Commission License ID or authenticated Civil Service Commission Certificate of Eligibility; transcript of records duly authenticated by the school registrar; original Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) copy of birth certificate; and clearances (barangay, mayor, MTC, RTC, police and NBI).
For married female applicants, an original PSA copy of marriage certificate is also required for submission.
Applicants are also required to submit their driver’s license/NC III TESDA Certificate for driving and a certificate of waiver from the BFP chief, if any.
All documents must be submitted in a folder to the Administrative Division of the BFP Regional Headquarters III in Del Pilar, in this city, on or before March 31.
