DIGITAL technology is creating an impact in the country’s real-estate industry as it provides the people, easy and real-time viewing of the property. Realizing the importance of the digital evolution, property colossus Megaworld formed a partnership  with online property portal Lamudi Philippines to develop more muscle in its  online campaign for San Antonio Residence, the company’s newest project in  Makati City that eyes tech-savvy millennials as a primary market.

“San Antonio Residence is Megaworld’s 20th residential masterwork in the Makati Central Business District [CBD] designed as the ideal home for millennials. Its location and amenities complement the fast-paced lifestyle of the millennials, enabling them to make the most of their time, whether it’s moving up the career ladder or being with their loved ones,” said Eugene Em Lozano, vice president for sales and marketing for Makati CBD of Megaworld in a press statement.

With the alliance with Lamudi, Megaworld is now in a position to raise the bar in real estate online advertising because it now has Lamudi’s premier listings, recently upgraded mobile app and expert market data, “Now that digital is the way to go in real estate, we believe that Lamudi’s online expertise can help us reach our target market,”   Lozano added.

Lamudi Philippines, together with (which the former acquired in 2015), is now the dominant real-estate listings portal in the Philippines. And in effort to make itself the go-to place for everything related to real estate, the company also released its “Real Estate Market Report for 2015.”

“Our web site’s large amount of page-views and visits are indicative of how much more potential buyers and renters look online to explore their increased real-estate options. With this in mind, we tailored our products and services to the needs of our clients. For Megaworld Makati, our online marketing campaigns fit their carefully designed project meant to cater the modern lifestyle of young Pinoys,” said Jacqueline van den Ende, managing director of both Lamudi Philippines and

Scheduled to be completed in 2020, San Antonio Residence is equipped with exciting amenities such as the very first begin, open, nurture, discover area, a Street Fitness Park and a two-story mall. This residential condo project is also conveniently along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, a stone’s throw away from all landmarks of the Makati CBD. Meanwhile, the Andrew Tan-led company won the Best Developer Award in the recently concluded 2016 Philippines Property Awards.

Moreover, the Megaworld Group also bagged three major awards for Uptown Ritz (Best Residential Architectural Design); 8 Newtown Boulevard (Best Condo Development for Cebu); The Vineyard Residences (Best Condo Development for Resort); and 13 “highly commended” awards for various developments, including Uptown Mall, Venice Grand Canal, Uptown Parksuites, Salcedo Skysuites, Uptown Tower 3, and Suntrust’s Shanata Residences and One Lakeshore Drive. Megaworld will compete against the leading  developers of the region in the upcoming Southeast Asia Property Awards in November.
