Seminar on Best Practices in Facilities and Maintenance Management slated

THE Center for Global Best Practices will conduct a pioneering two-day seminar entitled “Best Practices in Facilities Maintenance and Management” scheduled on Thursday and Friday, January 28 and 29 at The Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

This two-day seminar is a presentation of the best practices on this topic that is applicable across different industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, business-process outsourcing centers, schools, malls, multi-functional buildings and complexes regardless of its type, size and existing condition.  Attendees will learn all the best practices in world-class integrated facilities maintenance and management to help developers, building owners, property administrators, village/ condominium managers and heads of engineering to optimize operational efficiency in the maintenance and management of their buildings and facilities; reduce disruptions and costs, and improve compliance to pertinent codes, standards and regulatory statutes.
