(Flavors Of Mexico)
In commemoration of the Mexican National Day, Crimson Hotel recently launched Sabores de Mexico: A Celebration of Mexican Cuisine in one of its dining destinations, Café Eight. The food festival highlights the vibrant flavors of Mexico, featuring guest chef Daniela Romero.
Guests from the Mexican community, government and business sectors, media personalities and society figures graced the festive food affair. The young and spirited Marichi band, Grupo Achai, followed by a powerful performance of Grammy award winning singer, Flor Yvone Quezada, entertained the attendees.
The festival opens with a piñata breaking and a tequila toast headed by Crimson Hotel’s new General Manager, Saurabh Kukreja together with guest Mexican Chef Daniela Romero; Mexican Ambassador Julio Camarena and his lovely wife Madame Ana Maria Romandetto.
Sabores de Mexico is available for lunch and dinner buffet at Café Eight until September 26, 2014. For inquiries and reservations email info.alabang@crimsonhotel.com. Check out facebook.com/CrimsonFilinvestCity or follow @Crimson_Alabang for updates
