“When I was still working with the Yuchengco Group, my good friend Tony Tiu [AgriNurture Inc. president and CEO], has been convincing me to go into agriculture for the past five years. He has been telling me that our country is in dire need to uplift the agriculture sector. But I had to be honest with him several years back, I don’t know how to sell fruits,” Daniel Francisco chuckled as he told this columnist.

Well, after making a quick review of the many entrepreneurs, my wife and managing director of our company GMB, Lyndah, and I have had the pleasure of mentoring, we arrived at the top eight tips. In fact these tips became so successful a great number of my seminar participants are clamoring that we write a book. Giving almost 358 seminars in the country to all people of different walks of life, they were asking me almost the same question, “Is franchising for me?” Thus it dawned on me they are after all asking for something to a gap. My wife and I therefore gathered our notes and began to map out the topics—we were able to do it in two months!
